- Step 2: Select "Open a New Ticket”
- Step 3: Enter your contact information.
- Step 4: Choose the relevant MDA under 'Help Topic.'
- Step 5: Click "Create Ticket" to proceed.
- Step 6: Complete the form with additional details.
- Step 7: Click "Create Ticket" again to submit.
- Step 8: A confirmation page will appear.
- Step 9: Allow up to 1 week for a response.
